ChemCareers 2017: Career Inspiration; a career in the nuclear industry

22 March 2017 12:30-13:15, United Kingdom

Introduction
Join us to hear about the range of careers available in the nuclear industry.  You'll have the opportunity to hear about the roles available, the skills needed and how to effectively identify opportunities in this field.

We will be joined by Mike Edmondson and Robert Alford who both work at the National Nuclear Laboratory, who will be sharing their career stories.  Mike has worked in the industry for 14 years and has carried out a variety of roles from actinide chemistry to his current role in innovation.  Robert has worked in a variety of roles from modelling and to long term storage.

They will both be able to give an overview of NNL and the industry.

Along with Mike and Robert,  we will also be joined by Nuclear Grads who work with a number of leading organisations in the nuclear industry to recruit suitably skilled graduates into this sector.

This will be an interesting and informative webinar for anyone interested in a career in the nuclear industry.
