30 September 2022 12:30-13:30, United Kingdom

Introduction
A 12.30 (UK) webinar on identifying and capturing inventions by Marianne Privett, AA Thornton (Partner, Patent Attorney)

All innovative organisations will develop inventions during the course of their research but also during their day-to-day activities. Marianne will outline the benefits of ensuring that such inventions are not lost, then explain a few ways that organisations can identify those inventions, review them and decide how best to exploit them to their benefit. The presentation is intended to be interactive with questions welcomed.

Marianne is a Partner in the Chemistry, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals patent department of AA Thornton. Marianne began her patent career in 2003 at Johnson Matthey. Whilst at Johnson Matthey, Marianne helped draft, prosecute and defend patent applications relating to a range of chemical technology, including exhaust catalysts and pharmaceuticals, and helped to manage global patent portfolios.
