Introduction
This one-day meeting plans to bring together those working on the physics/engineering materials/boundary who use external fields (e.g., electric, magnetic, imposed flow gradients, gravitational or buoyancy effects, temperature gradients) to control the assembly or concentration profiles of colloidal liquids, possibly as precursors to solid-based materials.
