This live, instructor-led Virtual Classroom training course looks at the different types of GC columns; the different types of stationary phases and analyte interactions; the different dimensions and stationary phase thicknesses and how to choose them.
The course looks at the analyte peak shapes and the factors affecting these, along with the calculations of the important chromatographic terms for column performance. Finally, the GC column oven is considered along with the influence of temperature on the separation.
This course has been approved by the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
This course is taught live in a virtual classroom through interactive, instructor-led training with instrument parts and consumables shown and explained. Small group sizes with plenty of opportunities to ask questions through live Q&A.
This is module 4 of the Practical Essentials of GC & GC-MS and the Complete GC & GC-MS.
Duration: 2.5 hours.
Scheduled course price: £125 + VAT per delegate.
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ members receive a discount of 20% for this course (membership number required) if booked at least 24 hours in advance.
