The Chemists' Community Fund are partnering up with specialist trainer Trevor Bell, an Associate of Mental Health First Aid England and winner of their Platinum Award, to provide a webinar on Resilience and Adaptability.
Having these skills and abilities provides us with the capacity to move past an event, to move forward and onward despite experiencing setbacks. Adaptability helps us to create options.
These skills are two of the most highly sought after attributes in today’s challenging environment.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, often at work or in our personal lives, we have to be more flexible and adaptable than ever before. This demand often means you may need to develop better resilience, and resilience, fortunately, can be learned. This session will illustrate what these things are and helpfully provide some tips and techniques for you to try which can increase your resilience.
This short online session aims to explain what these attributes are and provide some useful practical tips to enhance your own resilience and adaptability. The session will be one hour with 15 minutes for questions.
This webinar is free to attend so please do register to reserve a place today. Please note that attendance will be kept completely confidential.
If you have any questions in advance that you would like to be answered then please do get in touch with us directly on ccfund@rsc.org.
