This is a training session for members wanting to be a mentor as part of our award-winning scheme which now has +100 active mentoring relationships. This scheme is open to members of all backgrounds and experience including academics and industrialists.
Why be a mentor?
Mentoring is valuable to both mentees and mentors. Mentors find the experience of helping another member rewarding as they help them to grow and 'address their own challenges, considering their relationships at work and thinking of the future'.
