Dalton Discussion 5: Ligand Design for Functional Complexes

12 April 2003, Near Leiden, Netherlands

Introduction
Organised by the Dalton Division of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼, in association with the Inorganic and Physical Chemistry Division of the Royal Netherlands Chemical Society (KNCV).

The discussion focused on ligand design for functional complexes. Ligand design has been, is, and will continue to be, crucial for the field of co-ordination chemistry. The meeting allowed significant cross-fertilisation and mutual stimulation from four major areas in co-ordination chemistry where new ligands continue to be of great importance.
